Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst alle Tätigkeiten in Zusammenhang mit der Abwicklung der Bestellungen unserer Kunden, wobei wir großen Wert auf gute Kundenbetreuung und Service legen.
- Organisation des Transports der Waren vom Lager oder den Produzenten zum Kunden
- Fakturierung und Mahnungen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Coordination of supplier conditions and monitoring of delivery dates
- Planning and scheduling of transports by truck and ship
- Optimisation and further development of purchasing processes
What we expect from you
- A-levels and/or professional experience in the commercial field
- Motivation, accuracy, commitment
- Independent, structured way of working and thinking
- Team and communication skills
- English, basic computer and commercial skills
- Additional chemical knowledge is an advantage

Your tasks
- Sales and product management of chemical products
- Advising customers on all technical issues
- Acquisition of new customers
What we expect from you
- Chemical-technical training
- You are self-motivated and persistent, are communicative and have already gained experience in sales.
- You like to "go the extra mile" and have negotiating skills and decision-making ability
- You communicate openly, are down-to-earth and like to work in a small team
- You are willing to travel several days a month
- You speak good English and possibly another foreign language
